** UPDATE RE: Shipping due to COVID-19

Due to the COVID-19 Crisis please note there are shipping delays. While we are practicing social distancing our office hours are limited, so we will be shipping all orders on WEDNESDAYS ONLY during this time. So all orders made after 12pm (PST) on Wednesdays will be shipped the following Wednesday. Thank you SO MUCH for your patience AND Continued Support during these times - your purchase helps us to continue to provide housing and modified recovery programs to women in our programs across the globe!

 

Shipping

All orders are sent via Canada Post (regular mail without tracking) within 2-5 business days of being ordered. It generally takes 7-10 business days across Canada & the U.S. to receive your order in the mail. You can choose to have your item shipped Xpresspost under shipping options for an additional cost and this will include a tracking number - this usually takes 2-3 business days to receive in the mail. If you would like to upgrade your shipping further or add insurance please contact us.

We also ship internationally! Select the international shipping option that best suits your needs. For any other questions and information, please contact us to discuss your purchase.

 

Returns

If you’re not happy, then we’re not happy. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. All returned items must be sent back in their original condition with all original packaging and the order receipt. Once we've received your return in the mail you will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. Original shipping & handling charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We have a high standard for our products and promise we’ll do our best to deliver products that hold to that standard. In the rare case our products don’t meet your expectations, let us know! We’ll gladly exchange it for something you love. Exchanges must take place within 30 days of the original purchase date and the returned item must be in the original condition. Global Wonders is not responsible for return shipping costs.

 

Warranty

Damaged necklaces may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date in exchange for a full refund, a replacement, or store credit. Global Wonders is not responsible for return shipping costs.
